Unsafe and harmful content
Do not list recalled products, dangerous chemicals, unsafe electrical goods, exploitative services or anything intended to facilitate harm.
People, animals and restricted services
Human trafficking, sexual services, unlawful employment practices and animal sales that breach applicable welfare or licensing rules are prohibited.
Misleading activity
Fake listings, pyramid schemes, impersonation, advance-fee fraud, deceptive ticket sales and attempts to collect personal data without a genuine transaction are prohibited.
Enforcement
Listings may be removed and accounts restricted without notice where necessary for safety, legal compliance or platform integrity.
