2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep login details secure and use the service lawfully. Accounts may be suspended where there is suspected fraud, abuse, impersonation or repeated breach of these terms.
3. Listings and member content
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, condition and photographs of anything you post. Content must not be misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or infringe another person’s rights.
4. Transactions
Members are responsible for checking items, agreeing delivery or collection and confirming payment terms. Never send money outside an agreed and trusted process merely because another member creates urgency.
5. Moderation and availability
We may review, restrict, edit or remove content and accounts to protect users or comply with law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every user or listing is genuine.
6. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, use of member listings and communications is at the user’s own risk.
