Listing and promotion fees
Fees for promotions or advertising normally purchase immediate digital visibility. Refunds may be considered where the paid service was not delivered because of a verified technical failure.
Duplicate or unauthorised charges
Report suspected duplicate or unauthorised charges promptly with the date, amount and account email so they can be investigated.
Requesting a refund
Email support@matzavmarket.co.uk with the payment reference and reason for the request. Statutory rights are not affected.
